GetPreOp provides technology-enabled tools for preoperative assessment, readiness coordination, scheduling, and communication. Access to features may vary by user role and participating organization.

Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate information, safeguard access credentials, and promptly notify GetPreOp of suspected unauthorized account use. Accounts may only be used for authorized platform purposes.

Clinical services and emergencies
Clinical assessments are performed by appropriately credentialed clinicians. GetPreOp is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate care.

User responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for accurate referral and scheduling information. Clinicians are responsible for maintaining required licenses, credentials, and professional obligations. Patients should provide accurate health information and follow their care team's instructions.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access information without authorization, or use the platform in violation of applicable law or professional requirements.
